Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing oracleworks.ai (the “Site”) or engaging Oracle Works LLC (“Oracle Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or engage our services. Where a signed statement of work or master services agreement exists for a specific engagement, its terms govern that engagement to the extent they conflict with this document.
2. Description of services
Oracle Works provides engineering services across AI systems, autonomous agents, business automation, cloud and infrastructure, decentralized technology, and intelligent products, as described on our Capabilities pages. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement, not by this document alone.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems, interfere with its normal operation, submit false or misleading information through our forms, use automated scraping that degrades performance, or transmit malicious code.
4. Engagement of services
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a binding engagement. A project begins only once both parties agree to a written scope through a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are set out in that engagement-specific document.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and Oracle Works brand assets are owned by Oracle Works or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission. Ownership of systems, code, and other deliverables produced during a client engagement is defined by that engagement’s specific agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared with us during a discovery conversation or active engagement is treated as confidential and used only to scope and deliver the relevant services, consistent with our stated practices. Formal confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement are governed by that engagement’s agreement.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes from any engagement.
8. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oracle Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or these Terms. Liability arising from a specific client engagement is governed by that engagement’s own agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold Oracle Works harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination & governing law
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Oracle Works or other users. Termination of a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s own agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there unless a specific engagement agreement states otherwise
10. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time, with material changes reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@oracleworks.co or through our contact page. For information about how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
